About Amadea S. Bell, Lic.Ac.

Amadea (Sarah) Bell received her Master of Acupuncture degree in 2003 at the Northwest Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine/Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. She is NCCAOM board certified and is licensed to practice by the State of Illinois.  Amadea is also the Assistant Academic Dean and teaches at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in downtown Chicago.

Over the past 8 years, Amadea has had experience working with a wide variety of complaints.  Much of her experience has included pain, digestive issues, emotional & hormonal imbalances, as well as other general health concerns.  She has extensive experience working with women & infertility.  She was the primary acupuncturist referral for the most reputable fertility clinic in Atlanta, and is very knowledgeable about working with women undergoing ART, including IUI & IVF.

Amadea tailors her acupuncture treatments specific to each person’s body & concerns.  With her caring and lighthearted manner, she builds strong relationships with her clients.  Because she knows & carefully listens to her clients, she addresses their concerns very effectively.  Using various needling techniques, lifestyle recommendations and other treatment modalities, Amadea wants your experience of acupuncture to be impactful and also very relaxing.  Many people find acupuncture treatment to be invaluable in transforming stress and discomfort into strength & peace.
